Jason Phelps // Coach & Catalyst
Jason Phelps coaches and disciples fully alive missional disciple-makers to influence the world through his everyday life, as a disciple-making practitioner in Houston, TX, where he is laser-focused on catalyzing a movement of disciple-making and as a coach with Disciples Made, dedicated to seeing 70,000 disciples of Jesus leading 2,000,000 friends to live Fully Alive by 2040.
He is uniquely designed to add value to teams and churches through his ability to see the big picture, build bridges, cast vision, pursue mastery, and maximize team efforts. He obsesses over healthy church culture and helping leaders live and lead at a life-giving, sustainable pace.
He is husband to Ashley, a gifted actor, musician, and NASA engineer, and Dad to his three kids ranging from 9 to 18. His family has a passion for the outdoors and he can be found around town riding his 49.5cc scooter or fishing on Clear Lake in his boat (when it’s working).

Jason is prepared to help you create an inspiring and tangible vision of multiplication that is built on a biblical, compelling, and measurable definition of a disciple. Learn how to add a disciple-making pathway to your current assimilation process in a way that will inspire your best volunteers and small group leaders into spiritual influencers. By the end of this training, you will have developed your own 18-month plan that will empower you to break through barriers and experience multiplication.

LEADERSHIP COACHING
10 TOOLS // 10 SESSIONS
Designed to help leaders (business, non-profit, church or otherwise) name your leadership tensions, reduce overwhelm, make healthy decisions and clarify new processes in order to lead at a higher level.
Sessions: Ten 90 minute sessions with ten tools over Zoom (Meet every other week)
Aims: Clarify your role, identify challenges, lead proactively, leverage time and energy for maximum impact, communicate effectively and break growth barriers
